The operational range of My Choice can transmit around 30-50 meters depending on the place whether there is a lot of obstruction or not.

In every model of My Choice, they have been designed to a power saving mode (Sleep Mode). It can be used at least 12 months.

My Choice LCD and LED of 1 large set has 1 receiver and 50 senders. If a customer wants to use more than 50 senders, they can use many sets of My Choice and connect them together. For example, if a customer wants to use 250 sending machines, they must use 5 sets.

My Choice has been designed to remember the latest answer so the respondent can change the answer all the time as long as the trainer or teacher has not pressed the stop button.

• My Choice, LCD model, can specify the identity of the answer sender.
• My Choice, LED model, cannot identify the answer of the sender.
• My Choice, Clicker model, can identify the answer sender.
• My Choice, Wi-Fi model, can identify the answer sender.
• Can  My Choice Manager be used on Windows Vista?

Yes. After installing My Choice Manager on Windows Vistat but after opening the program it has an error window saying MyChoice.Service has stopped working.

 Don't be alarmed because this is a new security system of Vista. An easy way to fix is to

1. Right-click on the Shortcut and select Properties
2. Tick at Run this program as an administrator

• Just this and you can open the program and can use the program normally

1. At the lower bar of Windows, right-click on Task Manager

2. Go to Tab Processes and choose MyChoice.Manager.exe and then press End Process

The program will allow to generate password but the sender would not be able to send an answer to the computer.

When the User wants to specify any slide to be the question page, the user must choose the order as follows.
1. 1. Go to the windows of My Choice Manager and choose Tab on the upper part to Q&C Editor and then choose Mark as question slide and it would appear as an envelope.

2. Go to the windows of the below message and choose the content to set to Question or Choice

1. The trainer or teacher might verify whether the play button has been pressed in order to send an answer or not?

2. Because while sending an answer the key button was pressed first and then follow by 3 digit number so it is like registering again which is not consistent with the first registration so an answer cannot be sent, it is recommended that the sender must Register again.

3. It might be from when sending device has short-circuited while sending an answer so the registering information has been deleted so it is recommended the send MyChoice Clicker to check at a service center.

Check the USB port plugged into the Receiver whether it is loose or defective or not. If it is loose or defective, plug it in another port.

Recommend the user to revise or add a slide in PowerPoint properly and then Mask question and Choice as the last step.

This problem is from the fact that some answer maker has answered other choice rather than the given choices. For example, there are 4 choices but the answer maker pressed to answer the choice 5.

This is from the fact that the Receiver has defective on any channel because the Receiver has 2 channels to receive the information from the odd and even sender so it is recommended to change a Receiver.

We advise you to check that the PC or Laptop used has been set according to the Mode below or not and if the PC or laptop is in sleep mode it would cut every communicating port and it would cut the PC or laptop from the Receiver and this would make all the data registered disappear so we must register again.

Change Screen saver to NONE

The various mode of Power Options must be set to Never

No. We don't have to register again because the system has been designed to remember the latest registering information.

This is the same. There is no need to register again because the system has been designed to remember the latest registering data and that registering data would be kept at My Choice Manager on PC or the Laptop which is not stored on the Receiver.
